Bluestem's Veterans Programming

Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy for Veterans’ Health

Pioneering access to psilocybin-assisted therapy for Canadian veterans who have not found relief with conventional treatments.

At Bluestem, we honour the sacrifices veterans have made for our country.

Too often, they return home with operational stress injuries and other conditions that go untreated.

Conventional care can be costly, hard to access, or come with serious side effects.

That’s why we are proud to partner with the veterans community to create programs tailored specifically for vets - using cutting-edge science and advanced therapies which are safer, more effective and more affordable.

Together, we’re also advocating for policy changes, including expanded access through Health Canada’s Special Access Program and reimbursement support from Veterans Affairs Canada, so that no veteran is ever denied life-changing treatment because of cost or red tape.

The Senate has demanded that the Government of Canada increase funding and treatment options for psychedelic therapies for veterans.

The Time is Now:

Granting equitable access to psychedelic-assisted therapies

Having experienced the positive results for himself, Josh joined Bluestem in an effort to help bring this treatment to others in need.
